Connect Sport Psychology ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Louis Ross, an HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Data controller: Louis Ross, trading as Connect Sport Psychology, Bristol, United Kingdom.
Contact: louis@connectsportpsychology.co.uk
The only personal data this website collects directly is what you choose to submit through the enquiry form, which may include:
We don't collect payment details, health records, or any special category data through this website. If you go on to become a client, further information may be collected separately as part of that professional relationship, governed by our standard client confidentiality and HCPC professional obligations, not by this website.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry, and, if you've opted in, to send you occasional emails about performance psychology. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to Louis's inbox using Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. Web3Forms processes the submission only to route it to us by email, and does not use it for any other purpose. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not run analytics scripts. Any storage the site uses (for example, remembering a form draft in your browser) stays on your own device and is never sent to us or anyone else.
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, as required by our professional record-keeping obligations. If your enquiry doesn't lead to further contact, we aim to delete it within 12 months.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe option). To exercise any of these rights, email louis@connectsportpsychology.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe your data hasn't been handled properly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
